Giving Voice to the Journey of Young People

In 2023 and 2024, I collaborated with the communication agency Vector to produce and record a podcast series for EPIDE (Établissement pour l'insertion dans l'emploi). This project took me into various EPIDE centers, where I had the privilege of meeting and recording the stories of young people determined to turn their lives around.

The series, titled En Devenir, captures the voices of five young individuals and one recruiter, each with their own unique path but united by a common goal: finding employment. Through their candid accounts, they share the hardships they've faced, the obstacles they've overcome, and the hope that drives them forward.

These stories are a testament to the power of resilience and the impact of personalized support. The podcast also features the perspectives of recruiters and agents who work alongside the youth, highlighting the collaborative effort it takes to achieve success.
